Congratulations to Team BayBucks on winning the Governor’s Cup in the DataBay “Reclaim the Bay” Innovation Challenge! Programmers, scientists, civic hackers and students created data-driven applications to increase public engagement and aid in Chesapeake Bay restoration at the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center on August 1-3, 2014. Four finalist teams then competed for the Governor’s Cup at the State House on August 27. @DataBay_MD
